Pump Stack

For a session pump without a high-stimulant pre-workout.

A pump set with no high stimulant. Core Citrulline lists 3000 mg of citrulline and 500 mg of glycerol. 5% Nutrition Core Pump capsules are the nitric oxide piece, and that page lists only 5 mg of caffeine per serving, so it is low-stim, not caffeine-free. Use them before training and follow each label for the serving. This stack is for the session feel, paired with training, not a substitute for a warm-up.
